BODY POSTURE AT ADDRESS TO THE BALL
Good body posture and balance are necessary fundamentals to achieve a fluent golf swing.
The firmness of your grip should allow another person to slightly take hold of the clubhead and twist the grip of the club in your hands.
THE TAKE-AWAY
The club should be taken back with both hands working together. The club should be taken back neither outside nor inside but straight back, right on the line of flight. The arms should be semi relaxed as opposed to being overextended or pushed out. At address to get this feel just let your arms hang down like a monkey!
When you start the swing with the correct takeaway it eliminates you thinking about attaining the correct position at the top. A correct takeaway builds a strong foundation for a good swing.
